Double-Dutch-a-FUND™ Frequently Asked Questions
Eligibility: Open to everyone. No age restrictions. Each participant must be registered and
registration fee paid prior to jumping. Only registered participants will be allowed to jump and
compete for Double-Dutch Awards and Prizes.
Advance Registration Fee: Individual registration is $20.00. The registration fee can be
paid through sponsorship. Each individual is responsible for the registration fee (no group
registration discounts). You may register on the website prior to the event, by mail, or by fax at:
(312) 328-0857.
On Site Registration Fee: Individual registration will be accepted on-site until 12:00 pm.
The on-site registration fee is $25.00. At 12:01 pm, registration will end and anyone desiring
admittance to the event will be required to pay the General Admission fee.
When do I solicit Sponsors as a registered jumper?
After you fill out the Entry
Registration form and entry fee, you can then fill out the Sponsorship Form. You will then use
this form to track all of your sponsor solicitations and this form will need to be turned in with all
collected money at Check-in on the day of the event. Please send the majority of your sponsor’s
to our website to ensure your safety and security when handling sponsor money. However, after

Check-in Packet: All registered participants will receive upon event check-in on the day of
the event: an official Double-Dutch-a-Fund t-shirt, a goodie bag, and two official registration
number decals to be pinned to the front and back of the t-shirt and worn at all times during the
event. ONLY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED STAGE PARTICIPATION.
General Admission: Anyone not registered to jump, will be required to pay general
admission (All adults - $10.00 and children 2 -11 years $5.00).
Awards and Prizes: Each participate is encouraged to have fun and enjoy the event.
Participants are encouraged to solicit sponsors and raise money prior to the event in order to
ensure winning a fabulous prize. Prizes will be awarded to individual participants only. It is based
on the amount of money raised and Camp Butterfly will contact the winners. Sportsmanship
awards will be given to both individuals and groups and are based on crowd appreciation during
the Double Dutch-a-Fund. Participants are encouraged to represent their civic, social, church,
school or work group/organization by wearing costumes, outfits or other items that represent their
group.
